I could always commit me to more than 1 Mbit and get it cheaper.
But why? if you can run a 200K site on less than 1 megabit where you can actually check your own uptime (on your DSL I manged not being able to connect to my ISP but was still able to connect to my site) based on your server stats... then why moved? especially when my server just had 300 days uptime birthday today
I would rather pay a bit extra for that... ;)

                          Recipe courtesy Hormel.

                          Cajun Coconut SPAM Fritters

                          Ingredients:
                          1 (12-ounce) SPAM® Luncheon Meat
                          1½ cups complete pancake mix
                          2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
                          1 cup milk
                          1½-2 cups shredded coconut
Sweet & sour sauce, for dipping

                          Instructions:
                          Conventional Oven Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Meanwhile, cut SPAM® into 4 equal squares (3½ x ½-inch). Stack squares on top of each other. Slice squares horizontally into 16 (3½ x ½-inch) slices. Cut each slice crosswise in half to make 32 spears. Place wooden toothpicks lengthwise into each spear. In bowl, combine pancake mix and Cajun seasoning; gradually add milk, stirring until batter is smooth . Dip each spear into batter and then roll in the coconut until lightly coated.
Place prepared SPAM® onto a lightly sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes, turning halfway through baking, until golden brown and batter is cooked through. To keep warm, place fritters on a baking sheet and place in a warm (275°F oven) until serving time. Serve warm fritters with sweet & sour sauce on the side for dipping. Makes 32 appetizer servings.
