Yes, I'm starting to tend to agree with you ...
I've posted additional info in a thread entitled:

More Haberstroh ATRIKS Sendmails info ...

One thing is for sure ... the FTC didn't go far enough
in its action against these guys. It should have just
banned them totally ... and I wonder if any of this
current spew is in violation of the FTC's judgement?
