I am not sure if you can get that many affiliates if you don't have more online models. Maybe if you will bring some more models online, the conversion rate would be higher and more affiliates will be happy to join.

About the Camsite and the models:

Sure we have to have more models online. It's a fact and a kind of chicken's egg problem. We got atm around 150 model registered, and ready to work, but without traffic they won't. We are already giving the hosts bonus for online hours, so they have a reason to be online.

Possible solution:

We have an idea how to make some rush on the camsite. To accomplish this we need a trick, the idea is getting some "fake" traffic and let the hosts think we are on the way. We would buy -almost junk- traffic for a while, and make the camsite autoconvert traffic to cash for the webmasters. (For example, for every 500 unique u get $25). IMHO it's good for the chathosts to have chatters/freebies in their rooms, and we sometimes take our girls into private (with our newly created accounts, which would have of course money), so they would have some 'real' income. We pay these shows out like normal - there won't be any difference between "normal" and this "own account" show for them.
If you got any better idea, please let me know.
