Fix your design. Above the fold, there's a huge empty space on the right. There needs to be something there to draw the surfer's attention - preferably boobs.

Also, consider turning at least some of your "join" links into something that actually contains a reason for the surfer to join. Surfer sees boobs, likes boobs, sees link that says "join" => not tempted to join. Surfer sees boobs, likes boobs, sees link that says he'll see even more if he joins => tempted to join.

opened my paysite last week, & just installed NATS. I need to create promo material.
What marketing tools do affiliates prefer nowadays?
& what can I as a sponser do to keep you happy? The webmaster community is very important to me & i want my program to serve you well. but i'm a greenhorn & need some pointers.

Hi Joshgirls, I agree with fatfoo.
At present, we are only redesigning out affiliate site Gspotcash. But for the last year, most of my affiliates have asked for more galleries, which I have provided. Iframes including new content changed every week or so & maybe a cpl of peels. Peels are becoming very common and usefull as they are in the surfers face but not in the way and annoying. I have a great designer for peels. Check ours out!
I would suggest the main thing to remember is to make it easy using a script on your banners and galleries as many affiliates these days, dont want to spend hours copy, pasting and adding aff codes when they are designing lots of blogs and there own tgps.
