    Program/Site 4 SALE!!!

    I have decided that I don't have time to do the paysite thing anymore. Im shooting content and thats what makes the the most money. My sites convert well with the little bit of traffic going to them now could do really well with the right webmasters sending traffic.       BTW http://jessiecoxxx.com is heavily involved in her site and wants to continue updates as we have in the past. Jessie is partnered into the CCBill 50 % so you have to be ok with splitting the profits with her in some way or renegotiating with her to pay her for updates.

                                  That makes sense. I run my own network, and it does okay, but if someone with more resources and connections were to run my sites, the network could be making waaay more than it does now.

                                      unless you need the money right now i'd say you're making a mistake. you better get the sites to a point where they cover your costs of living and then develop more of them and shoot for yourself. maybe hire a webmaster. but shooting content will always make you depend on a couple of clients, especially when you only do exclusive. i can speak from experience.

                                          You do very good work, I'm not doubting that at all. But I don't see any special potential in your program/sites that would negate the value of revenue and other similar benchmarks.

I thought about partnering with an affiliate manager to see if there is still money in paysites. After seeing other peoples stats and hearing about shitty sales it is pretty discouraging. Building traffic from nothing is a bitch. If someone with massive amounts of traffic wanted to partner with me I would consider it. At this point I can't afford to update http://puresybian.com anymore because of low sales and lack of traffic resources. http://jessiecoxxx.com updates twice a week and she is doing cam shows. She is not discouraged despite the low sales she is really great and is down to shoot for her site to keep it updating regularly. The member she does have she interacts with and they are pretty loyal. I think someone could do better with her, Im having trouble just keeping up with the hosting bill.

                                                                                          Listen, potential is great but if I had the skillz to make something good from shit (which I do) then why would I do it for anyone else? I'm not saying your site is shit, please don't take offense. I mean your REVENUE or SALES are shit, otherwise you wouldn't be selling. So what I mean is, if I could take a nice site, like yours, and turn it's shitty sales into gold then I could do that for my OWN sites.

                                                                                          Therefore: letting us know what the revenue already is, the member count, the rebills, etc, based on the traffic you DO have right now, would give us a better understanding of your site's 'true' potential, because right now they're just nice sites that ain't selling.

                                                                                          For example: My site www.sexxybrandon.com makes 200 sales a month. That's (roughly) $6,000 in gross revenue. There are splits, fees, taxes, expenses, etc etc so that's obviously not profit. BUT I can back up these sales, and show how many rebilling members she has. So based SOLELY on current business, NOT factoring in 'potential' IF someone works their asses off, I should probably be able to sell her site for, what, $150,000? That's based on two year's gross revenue. Okay, so maybe not two, maybe ONE year's gross? How about two year's net and call it a hunnerd G?

                                                                                          See what I mean? OR we could discuss www.alabama-slammer.com. She doesn't sell for shit. BUT you know IF someone could 'really work it' then...yada yada yada. If someone paid me a fucking grand for that site I'd jump at it.

                                                                                                                                                                          Thats not 100 % mandatory offering her a salary or a decent rate to shoot updates is totally between the model and the webmaster.

                                                                                                                                                                              Hes selling it like that because she is still very involved in her site. She makes the site roll. She did a lot of the web mastering for her site.

                                                                                                                                                                              She deserves it. Especially if she keeps it updated and keeps her cam shows going. She has done a lot of hard work and if any one of you feels she dosnt deserve a cut and involvement in her own site. Then you obviously arent the right buyer.

                                                                                                                                                                              Some people have a load of content and run a site and dont involve the model. They do ok. Some people partner the model to ensure her involvement. Those sites achieve higher status and have way more potential to be a hit.

                                                                                                                                                                              Price that out...
