right now, my dad's asleep, my girl's asleep, my cat's asleep. i am wide awake and have been all night. ugh.

I went to the gym and yoga yesterday, had a productive day, slept like a baby. Woke up at 8:30 ready for my morning run and feeling like a million bucks.
