Question about semi-exclusive content.

Hi GFY'ers I have a question about semi-exclusive content. We have a 10 scenes (10 photo sets, 100+ pics and 10 videos, 10 minutes each) with 10 different girls that we shoot exclusively but not custom and one guy wanna buy all this content as semi-exclusive and propose us make a license for 3 clients, it mean that we can sell this content only for 3 clients, and he will be the first client. We are thinking about creating a pay site and join some program with this site. And I have a question, what is better make a license for a 3 clients and sell it as semi-exclusive, or do not make a license and sell it ones as exclusive, or create a pay site with this 10 scenes and join some program with it and update it every week?

Have a look at Paul markham´s site. He is selling the content non-exclusive and uses it on his own site. So if you won´t make an exclusive site, sell it semi-exclusive and use the one licence on your own site.

I´m interested in the third licence.

Do whatever makes you the most money in the shortest period of time.

If you can sell it 3 times for $1000 then that's better than selling it once for $2500.
However if it takes you several months to sell it 3 times then you're probably better off selling it once for $2500 now.

whats the guy offering you for the content?

do you think you can sell the content as a package 2 more times and make a profit?

which would make you more money or be satisfactory to your profit margin - selling at the exclusive price 3 times or selling it non exclusive for a yr?

I am not sure if I remmember well but you are that guy with unique biz strategy of selling excl. custom for 200 bucks - am I right?

Semi-excl. always end up in problems.You can never quarantee that you sell just 3 licenses - all the customers have is your word.Then comes stealing the content and you are done.
The best is to sell it exclusive - so you can be sure about who has the content
or sell it non exclusive and then you know.

Yeap I am a guy with unique biz strategy, but we are not selling exclusive custom for 200$. It could be price for custom photo set, but not exclusive custom, for sure.
We are quarantee that we will sell this content only for 3 clients. It's a big problem if somebody steel the content. When i was working with another content provider, one of the employees steel custom content form him
and he has a lot's of problems. But i know my team good and nobody will steel the content in our team.

You might be lucky to find three people who will buy it, or you might be robbing yourself blind by only selling it three times.

We find selling it exclusive or semi exclusive costs us money.

Depends on your content, porn niche, porn quality, image quality, price, marketing and a few other things. Like how long you've been doing this.
