well depends on the crowd.
They give you a quick peak and close it. If you see say a bike, or yard equipment be ready for a war. Tons of boxes can be gold or copper.
Average cost for a messy unit with boxes in view - 55 bucks (10% added).
Average profit per unit about 200.00 (after paying for clean out, sorting, gas, hauling, and buying it).
However you hit it ever so often. Be it a jewelry box or shitloads of negatives from some wedding photographer. Another odd example, wife of doctor who filled it with patient records that were less than two years old. Did not charge him but he gave us (x2) free weekly chiro visits for a year. Which I explained I would be selling cause I do not use them and he was ok with it. At odd intervals I have done over 5k on a unit that cost 30. Then again I have lost money on a unit that cost 400.00
