Pain and spasms = two different issues. Yes spasms can and do hurt. I get them constantly. Fixing something that reduces the pain does not make it a pain killer.

Example it works very well for PMS, especially cramping. Cramping causes pain. Does not make it a pain killer though. Makes it a cramp killer so to speak.
