                                          With email they will at least have to attempt to get their point across in a single, easy to discard message.

                                              Also to most people out there. I do not need a "hey" or "are you there" message. Just post your fucking message, if I am there I will respond. If not I will respond once I do get back. No time wasted. Uses the full features of such messaging systems.
