How can you track some one if only know email?

Search with their email on facebook, myspace, or any other social networking sites.

Usually will do the trick.

I hope so. so far more then a month trying to solve..500USD meant to be sent to pay server.

and i entered billing@"myserver".com domain and it went to someone who actually owned account with such company e-mail. though company don't know who he is. but company do not use this e-mail for paypal. I made a mistake assuming that billing@"myselver".com
would be they paypal address.

Go ahead and whois myserver.com or as Tim said search the email in "quotes" on google then hit up the social sites..

if the email isnt in use, then paypal will mark it as unclaimed and return it to you within 30 days i think it is

it also depends on how you paid throgh paypal: if with your CC you can dispute the charge.
