Most girls will do anything for the right price - so that really doesn't matter too much. Depending on what she looks like, shooting content and selling it is going to be tough. Just don't get involved with her (re lawyer), keep the shoot clean and professional then move on. Talk to your buyers first and ask them not here what they want - or post a pic of her and see what program/webmaster wants to buy from you using her. Simply saying she'll do anything doesn't really impress those with the money who would buy content from you.
