    Submits vs Joins

With one sponsor, I've had 53 join page submits this period, and 19 joins.

Is the sponsor to blame, or the processing companies?

    What's your submit/join ratio?

By going to your sponsor's stats and checking?

Ah, I see. Seems to be a Nats 4 specific feature...

You are leaving out another potential fault: the surfer.

Just because somebody submits does not mean they submit legitimate information, can be billed, have the money to pay, or they may even be on a blacklist of sorts for prior problems.

So does a join submit mean the sale was declined? or could it be anything from they just didn't enter any info, etc?

It could be the price or the payment options. I have heard that people dont like to many choices, so if you was to place lots in your options. Most people would say "fuck that" even though you have probably the perfect option for them.

Also, is cheap trials worth it? I had loads every day joining for the $4.95 for 2 day option, half of these would leave, so Ive removed it to test. My sales have gone down slightly, yet are up on money & retaining members.
