No, it's not always called Bikram Yoga.
In order to be called Bikram the classes are supposed to be 90 minutes long, the floor is a specific material, the progression of poses is a specific set, instructors are supposed to be certified, etc, etc.
All of those specifics have lead to a subset of Yoga, simply called Hot Yoga that can have any number of variations to the Bikram program but are usually things like 60 minute classes, hard flooring, and sometimes a few degrees cooler.
