I run, lift weights, and I'm going back into martial arts next weekend.

I started doing hot yoga with a hot older chick about 2 weeks ago.

I've already lost at least an inch on my waistline. I can't believe how effective this is at cutting flab and boosting your metabolism.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight, tone up, and gain some mental strength as well.
