Why don't you just click on User CP, then on Edit Options and see that little box that says "Receive Email From Administrators"...you just uncheck that little box and you won't get anymore email.

And....if you really hate GFY, lensman, everyone in adult etc. you can always just not come here anymore. Lower the stress factors in your life. If GFY pisses you off, don't even bother with it.
