Big thank you to boyalley for your negitive attack campaign towards my company.....

Due to your negligence and your huge amount of negative attention towards my new upstart my salesman has quit, he feels we have no hope of recovering specially with someone with the pull boyalley has targeting us with a negative attack campaign.....
Minimum Direct Damages of your public slander are in excess of $1000 a day everyday I am out a salesman......

I know this sounds like it is coming from left field, but most of it is right here on the board in public, I can forward someone the hate email my employee received, he attacked my company for no good reason besides his own, tried hard to humiliate me, my ex-salesman feels there is no chance selling a product in a market where every bodies favorite goody two shoe homosexual is cutting down that product....

You should really think before you pull stunts like you did what the results might be......

Too everyone else, I ask that you look past anything boyalley or his co-conspirators has said me or my company and give us a chance, we will do anything and everything we can to make you happy with our services... We have never claimed to be the best design team there is, but the moment you start doing business with us you will notice what sets us apart from the rest.
I believe in the company with all my heart, my design team is 100% dedicated and I know that the market is in need of the personal services we have to offer

With all that said, I need a new salesman/customer service rep, if your interrested hit me up!

I read the thread but I'm not really sure where he slandered you? I do see him mentioning that you didn't have a full portfolio online or something, but that was about it. Aside from a few personal jabs (which were essentially returned), I don't see where you're getting all this?

To start man, it would be libel and not slander.
Next to prove libel or slander you must have proof, and the proof must be from customers that were going to use your products and then decided not to after the remarks, and that they write that they decided to not use your services because of it or testify for you. Those lost contracts must also account for all damages for the most part.

Next I seem to recall it was an opinion or a question, much of it done in jest.
