I just read the PR about Internext at the Palms coming up this January by Tom Hymes:

I for one am glad to see the
Internext is on schedule as usual. I was a little worried since attendance at Internext Miami was lower than usual. We did well in Miami, but did really well at the January show. We sold more
LiveCamNetwork licenses and did more business at that show than at any other Internext show.
I thought the Palms Hotel was pretty cool too. It was my first time at this Hotel and found everything about it quite nice and reasonably priced too. The clubs were kick-ass, and the Sushi restaurant was really, really good (Budha I think it was called).
I'd like to know how other people did at the show. What did you think about the show floor? Personally I thought it was ok, but getting to the booths upstairs was tricky when it was crowded.
Even though people are complaining that attendance is dropping, I am finding that people are doing more with less. I always look at the shows as an opportunity. Large or small, party-filled or not, A trade show is what you make of it. Meeting people, shaking hands, and exploring ways of doing business together should be your main reason for going.
Anyway, I'm already looking forward to the show. See you there!
