    Any PHP guys want a quick job? Need a php/contact form to send an email from page

    Just a PHP send email form kind of like this...

      But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

              a form with the normal from, email, message ?
              I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

              But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

                      Little bit more complicated than that, need some check boxes as well.. one sec, i'll find another example. http://www.lastinglandscapes.ca/Project_Outline.aspx

                      Something like that, we don't need as many boxes though... Maybe 12 check boxes and 5 text fields or so (name, phone, address, description of service).

                      I usually do my own but always seem to mess them up after the first few fields... lol

                                          The 1st post showed a link with an exact sample form of what was wanted. I don't think more requests were added on like you're saying.
