Basically, the book is at the publisher, the editor likes it so she will be presenting it to the higher ups and they will make the final decision. I should know more solid info in the next 1-2 weeks. In talking with my editor it sounds like she will suggest to them that they publish it next spring. With Christmas coming there are a lot of big name authors putting books out and they don't want me to get lost in the shuffle. They think the spring will be the best time to help me develop a readership and hopefully the economy will be more on the mend then so people may have a little more disposable income or are be more willing to spend their money and take a chance on someone pretty much unknown. But things are looking good.
