As far as the switch to NATS... we were trying to make affiliates happy. We sent out an evalutation to our affiliates asking for their feedback, and they all complained about the affiliate backend. So, we did some research and went with NATS based on their reputation for being a sought after system by affiliates. The only thing that we didnt anticipate was the problems we ran into after we launched, and both NATS and Fleshlight worked overtime to resolve all the issues.

We always encourage feedback and are open to suggestions as we want to make our affiliates happy.

I completely agree with you IF the webmasters in question DO do come to us first... but honestly it is sad that every sponsor has to hire someone just to monitor the boards due to the overwhelming amount of complaints that never go straight to the company.

Here's an idea: Test your own fucking shit with your own fucking credit card! Catch sponsors that are cheating and revoke their license so people can stop blaming your product for the sleazy-underhanded shit that sponsors do that you don't approve of, or accept the implied accusations that your product is enabling sponsors to fuck webmasters and you don't care.

The senso lips look good and I think I'll be redirecting my fleshlight traffic to a page with that on it and see how it does. One sale would be better than the last month+ with the current black hole... but why would I use your program, assuming that's what you're working on, as opposed to say pecash. i.e. I just checked and they also have it and it's for less money.

Put back the "orders placed" stats. At least that way I could see if there was some activity or not.

It has to do with how those companies tend to deal with those complaints when they're done in private. The vast majority of times, things are never resolved "well" or quickly by going straight to the sponsor. But post it to the board and things happen damn fast. Don't blame the affiliates for this.

I completely agree with you. I am not saying that people shouldnt bring issues to the boards. I am only talking about the people that never contact the sponsor about their issues. There have been people that have brought up legitimate issues in the past, when asked to contact us to resolve the issues... we never hear from them. How can we fix the problem???

Well, lets look at the original post:

The post was not made to address an issue. The poster doesn't even know if their is an issue. The poster is only looking to compare "sales notes".

But comparing sales notes is somehow an "attack" on the sponsors if bad news is reported.

This thread was not started as a "put down" of fleshlight.
Other posters with great ratios were free to post how good they were doing but that didn't really happen.

You can't blame the poster for asking a general question when truthful answers by others don't fit into you ideal promotional efforts.

If you can't take a little hit on the chin by an affiliate then maybe your program isn't very strong.

I never dropped a program I was kicking ass with because somebody posted that they couldn't convert with it. So I don't know why sponsors get so uptight about it instead of doing something productive.

My sales are back to normal, in fact more than before. I cannot tell you why. They were lower than average for a couple months, but they are great now.

My biggest complaint before was the shipped/order ratio. They stated that the problem was orders being counter twice in some cases and that was why there was a big difference compared to previous months. True, I cannot compare shipped/ordered now, but my sales now are good. Perhaps the lower sales volume was just that. No underlying reason. It's not like my sales went from 1000 to 600. It was a difference of maybe 20+ those few months.

Make what you can out of this. I can't provide with explanations as to why it was slower and now picked up. Also, they didn't count clicks before, so I can't with little effort compare ratios.

maybe you can tell me also what is the primary reason becouse it seems that is clueless for me...becouse i still dont understand/know why sales are so low..and why conversion is so bad..and not only to me..read the damn topic and see how many peoples say the same thing about their conversion...please post here the primary reason ..i dont have anything to hide. post it here so everyone can learn from it.. and i presume that the second reason remains the NATS switching decision? becouse this is what i understand from what you say..is good enought taht you admit it..

i'll explain here what is all about with the test orders..becouse it seems taht CT didnt want to explain about this..i also have the history of our discutions ..
everyone read it until the end and think whatever you want to think..for CT..if you think that you should "cut me off" then you can go ahead and be my guest..i'm really tired of talking with you and trying to solve this up without any results...

i have over 2000 sites/webpages/blogs on more then 200 diffrent domains where i promote fleshlight.. i manage them with a custom tool made in house by my programmators..a damn good tool i may say...whatever..i have to tell you this becouse you have to understand that any changes that they asked me to do it i did it in matter of minutes..
so..order links can be changed on the fly in all the sites/pages..so when the first time fleshlight was changed i changed the links also..after taht offcourse that i started to make tests to see if were counted.. in the old affiliate tracking sistem every order use to appear..in the new sistem (NATS) not any order appeared not even 2 weeks..that can be prooved with stats if the stats will not be "lost" like it happen wiht the other old stats...also on GFY can be found some topics regarding this issue back then..
CT told me taht pending orders will not appear becouse NATS sistem didnt had this option...in the mean time this option is available..so i had made another tests..from diffrent webpages..4 test orders..from 4 diffrent webpages..only 1 got counted in pending orders..from 4..i immediatly contacted CT and told him about this..he told me that everything is fine and works great..exactly like now..this was happen couple months ago..dunno what happen now becouse i didnt tried anymore..i dont even care...i'll do a test order later today.....but this guy nerve really irritates me..

if CT will not explain how an easy test order can be made at any time then i'll explain it..

on the other hand i have exactly the same traffic like i use to have..i do have better places in SERPS now thou...so i can say that compared with what sales i use to have for less traffic, even if they didnt had clicks counter - i had a traffic counter so i can compare - now my sales are very bad..and since the initial post from this topic it was related with conversion ratio i posted here..
