they are not stealing from you they just have the domain name forwarded to your site.
if they do not make you sales (presumably due to lack of hits) then so what.
If they get you sales then great.
you have lost nothing.
your moaning about nothing.
in fact all it says to me if become an affiliate of yours and you get grief.
