"Not set" traffic is the number of operating systems that google analytics was NOT able to set a cookie on, since google uses cookies to track uniques. You can see this traffic if you pick the site --> Visitors --> Browser Capabilities --> Operating Systems (All in Google Analytics)
TopBucksMobile takes a pretty conservative approach in our scripts to ensure we are not taking "not set" traffic and no PC traffic. We have seen other scripts that are a bit looser than ours and it takes the PC traffic. That's a big no-no for us.
