    Solo girl advice

    Hey guys, I am thinking of starting up this solo girl site, found a pretty willing hot girl. If you guys who know could please give me your thoughts advice on how to do this process correctly, id appreciate it.

    Paying for shoots, sharing profits?
    What is the best way?

          1. doubt yourself and post her picture asking if she is worthy.
          2. listen to the critics.
          3. with no more self esteem, promise her the world and give her a massive percentage.
          4. take her to a convention.
          5. have a real program buy her away.
          6. sob into your pillow when you see the site is doing very well.

                  Mine:

                  1 - if you are already banging her, don't use her as content
                  2 - if you want to make her content to bang her, just buyher dinner instead
                  3 - be prepared to shoot upwards to 2 years of content BEFORE you open the site
                  4 - make an ironclad contract with reasonable outs for both, don't get trapped like many do.
                  5 - post a pic alread.

                                              Content: Enough to open, at least 20 videos, 20-40 sets. With enough content to last at least another 2-4 years without having to shoot more. You can do the math to figure it all out depending on how often you update. Follow up with more shooting as your budget allows.

                                              Charge? I think you mean pay. Business wise as little as possible. Ethically what you can you afford with potential bonuses.

                                              Contracts, well thats a whole other ballpark.

                                                          Definately pay for the shoots.Dont offer a % and dont make any promises on $$$.And make sure you have a ton of content to start with.Shoot at least enough for a year or two worth of updated.

                                                              EXACTLY... if you end up in a partnership with them, it is almost always going to go bad. You see? They don't realize that by the time you pay bills, pay the affiliates and then pay them a % of what's left that there isn't THAT much and their "get rich fast" mindset is NOT going to go well for you. They SEE the site charges $20 per join, they are going to expect $10 per join and that isn't at all how it works.... so I'd pay them PER shoot and that's it, no more.

                                                                  Firstly shoot some content of her, let's say half a day. Then show it to a few people. She might be great and you might be crap at shooting her. Or the other way round. A naked girl + Guy with camera does not equal porn.

                                                                  If the results are good shoot her for at least 50 scenes. Unless you can drive masses of traffic without using any content. 20 scenes will get used up in the couple of months by you alone and then you will have very little to submit. If you give 20 scenes to affiliates the 1-2 month could be one week depending how many are using it.

                                                                  Pay the model as you go along and have enough content of her to survive before you launch the site. Because the odds are high she will quit once her Dad and brothers see her naked on The Hun.

                                                                  Look at turning a profit in the second year, if everything goes well.

                                                                  Alternatively invest $20,000 in non exclusive content and launch a general site within a niche and drive traffic to it. Do that right and you will be in profit after 6 months.
