With slander & libel you do know you will have to prove damages. That means you need to get people from here (not fake nicks mind you), real people who can afford your content to say under penalty of perjury that they did not buy it because of what Eric or Ama said about you on here.

Small claims in AZ = Max. $2,500.00 plus filing fee. You better hope they fight venue and move it to CA where you can get up to $7,500 or Nevada where it is at least $5,000.
Plus there is more than that with filing such a case. Under most state laws, you do have to serve them which often is a bitch in different states and then of course some laws do apply because people are in different states. I know this first hand as I had renters leave in the dead of night out of state.
Good luck and all. Just hope playboy or ICS does not launch a counter suit in superior court in CA. You know for the whole shit about them supporting content theft, being the biggest thieves of it, and opening and making illegal sites. Especially since they have lawyers and unlike small claims there are lawyers and much larger amounts. So do beware of kicking a sleeping giant, mk.
