You can do it!!I know a lot of people who managed to quit after smoking for a long time.The first few days are the toughest.Keep it up and don't give in!

Okay, I smoked for over 10 years, I've tried to quit 8 times, and I AM going to do it this time. It's been just over a week and a half and I am having the worst craving right now.

I could use some words of encouragement right about now.

It's not so bad after a few days....The cravings are few and far between, But they do still mess with you.

In the long run, It feels so much better. This weekend, as a reward to myself....I'm getting the system in my car upgraded.

My friend said I should try smoking a little pot.

I don't smoke very often, but it might take away the urge.....

But I don't want want to get burnt out
