To put it bluntly...
I would cut her loose and tell her to come back when:
A) she has the will and the ability to show up, and on time.
B) She is ready to take her "occupation" seriously.
So, this is what she does for a living but she currently lacks the interest to be successful and can't/won't show up for shoots on time or sometimes not at all. That about cover it?
I'd say you are wasting your time (and ours) with this chick if the above is true. Potential she has (with her look), but believe me when I say there are many women aldready working and working hard within this industry who DO have the drive and determination and reliability needed to earn what you'd like this girl to be earning. AND there are also thousands of undiscovered girls out there who would be willing to put forth the commitment and effort needed, you just have to go find them and quite frankly I think your time would be better spent in doing so.
Were you thinking of having affiliates promoting this solo girl? while that has the potential to make you (and her) an extra ton of money, you wouldn't be the first yahoo to come along and inflict an unstable/unreliable girl on the rest of the business only to have her flake on you and everyone down the road, causing affiliates to lose money, time and traffic. For many people who don't want to model/perform, it's not about the money.
