    Is the world coming to an end as this movie predicts? I don't think so.

    Nice special effects; but, I think it will just rev up the hysteria.

    All the crazies are going to be stockpiling guns, survival supplies and food, ala Y2K.

                  I don't know about 2012 but some folks are taking this doomsday stuff seriously with the seed vault. I hear commercials on the radio saying seeds will become more valuable than gold.

                      I honestly do not believe in all those stories. Many times in human history similar speculations had occurred, yet they never showed to be true.

                      So, no... it's just a superstitious and a hype which will make some nice money to film makers and book writers.

                                  exactly. i cant wait to see how crazy people will get.

                                  im willing to bet there will be a pretty big economic problem come early 2013 as many people decide that they are going to spend their money on guns, ammo and canned goods and not pay their credit card and mortgage bills

                                  on the flip side there will be companies that make MILLIONS from peoples fear.
