+1 on the fruit loop anti-sog idea, but the water and flour mix will need much mixing to maintain the right consistency and will begin to clump easily.
Milk won't begin to reek for quite a few hours, so no worries there - except for cost. You can dispose of it quite easily as well. Just run a hose from the tub to the nearest drain.
