if you slip in a store there could be good reason to sue. the store might have been negligent.. if they had a freezer that was leaking fluid on the floor , they had been warned to fix it , thn some poor shmoe slips and injures his back and cant work what is he supposed to do.. i'm not saying they are always legit but at least theres a reason.

No, they said other people who were leaving yelled that. Kramer can sue them if he wants to.

The guy made an ass of himself; I don't see why anyone is trying to make it look good.

If the black guys were yelling cracka then the bouncer should throw then out. if the performer is making the audience walk out then the owner should get rid of the performer. Seems simple to me.
How can the club make money when people get up and walk out?
