                  Its setup like some of the other popular tube themes, the embed code goes in the embed code custom field, the thumbnail src goes in the excerpt field and the description goes in the post area.

                  If you would like it to function as a regular theme, just have to modify index.php a little bit. and not use home.php as the front page.

                          Updated the zipfile to include a normal theme version and the tube theme version as well as fixed an error with the rss feed had a blank line in functions.php
