We find and interview then select someone based on requirements you give us. So whatever you want in a worker, we advertise and conduct the interviews and select the best one based on the criteria and interview. We also send you the interview feedback and notes in case you want to select the best one.. just like a staffing agency, we charge $150 for this service, then you can pay use month via many different payment methods, and we pay the worker direct. Since $250/month is the same as someone making 2000 a month in the USA, your feedback doesnt really apply. And for some reasonyou dont seem like the kind of guy who has several USA employee's like I do. 3 USA employees, whom have a NICE 401k and 7 in Romania who all make a lot more $$$ than their friends and family.
