This solution has been around along time. Since Perfect10 and their chilling effects some
years ago. However, most people in this industry just complain on the GFY instead of doing
anything about it.
This includes...
-Routinely sending DMCA's. Weekly/Monthly.
-Sending complaints to Google to have people removed from index.
-DMCA's registrars, processing companies, web hosts, and the rest.
If copyright holders did more, complained less, then you would see some results. Instead, most just complain, or rattle the sabre. Little more.
