    Shopping cart software - which is the best?

    For an online adult store ( sexshop )?
    Oscommerce? XCart? Any other suggestions?

    I also want to have a lot of frontends, all sharing one database, which would be the best for that?

              xcart can do that if you get a modded version

                  Since you want many front ends I would recommend xcart.

                  Whatever you do stay away from oscommerce, it has a lot of security holes...

                              for many front ends, X-Cart PRO will take care of that... in an easy fashion.

                              Otherwise, you could use any cart, by making the config file share the same databases....

                                  oscommerce is free & decent. paypals system is pretty good if your doing non adult. also MIVA is good if you find a hosting company that will offer it to you.
