The value in the site would be based on the number of visitors it gets. It doesn't look like it gets a whole lot, and advertising for sites like that don't tend to bring in a whole lot per visitor. Not to mention the massive amount of copyright issues you'd bring on board with the purchase.

Every site has potential, but looking at it right now, I wouldn't say it's worth more than a couple thousand.

its worth 100$ for domain, and about 500$ for the design. has less than 1000 uniques per day.
