    Any other fellow jews fast , I just broke it a little while ago...

    It was gruelling but I did the best my body could handle...

    For the non jews it was Yom Kippur sunday night and today , the high holiday of the jewsih year.

    I am still light headed , from no food or water havent smoked a cig yet as I know it will hit me hard.
