an affiliate which started ALL THE FAKE OFFICIAL SITES FOR TOP BRAZZER TALENT
he was afraid of a lawsuit so they pulled down the sites

Tried to report them. Ebay asked for the individual product IDs instead of an url.
Looks like they are protecting the sellers once again.

Then do it.. because once you give them what they ask for, you'll magically see all those auctions disappear... and if the entire store is built around selling copyrighted content, they'll remove the store as well.

Their sites, their rules.

Also fucking shocked that A. People did not know ebay had a hard to find adult section (once was very nice too) and B. That people are selling site content or collections on it.

I never had issue getting my shit removed fast from there and getting the users shit canned to boot.

PS technically adult is OK with paypal as long as you follow very preset guidelines and do not come close to crossing them.

I have been producing adult content since 1980 and was involved in the APA copyright Act of 1986. In 2006 the Digital Millenium Act was passed. It basically states that the photographer owns the image even if it is not copyrighted unless he assigns the photo to another party. I will and have reported these people to Ebay and as always I will protect my images and my money on all cases of stolen content. I believe more photographers and videographers should take the time to do so, if you intend to make a living from this you should be professional and take action. Duplicating images is fraud, and fraud in illegal. It will not be the first time that I have caught people on Ebay selling images and I have a simple remedy for it, pay me or be sued.
