    How mUch Would You Be Willing To Contribute To Take Down The Illegal Tubes?

    seriously... what would it be worth a month to you to have someone do all the fighting for you and maybe employ some tactics that you probably wouldnt want your name associated with but was 100% effective...

    the legal path isnt working, so lets talk about how serious people are about paying for someone else to do their dirty work...

                          on a serious note.. with the right amount of incentive one could have 1000 people in the top 250 cities plaster church parking lots with hardcore advertisements for select tube sites.. explicity soliciting minor males...

                          what do you think would be all over the news by monday.. and i can guarantee you all publicity is good publicity would not be the case here..

                          along with that, one could use their pr contacts to go on media blitz with all their news contacts to further drive the message that the select tubes were actively soliciting minors...

                                                      Anything is possible it's a dirty world out there and it doesn't even cost that much everybody is talking about all these little legal claims fuck that, i will be honest with you if it was affecting me that much i would do something about it but it's not and it doesn't take a entire industry to make it happen just a few resourceful people.

                                                      Sad to say that half of these people been on the net longer then i have been alive and instead of doing whatever to help your business they just sit back and complain about sells i have no problem with playing dirty and sometimes things aren't fair in life.

                                                          tube8: cant find hosting company, anyone?

                                                          Now if you are hosted with swifthill, its a good start to remove your domains and host them somewhere else where they don't allow illegal tubes. This is a start boys... What you could also do call swifthill and give them hell. Make their life difficult.

So many hosting companies will lose & affiliates. My business is the shits & I have a dedicated server that I will probably have to try to sale very soon & drop most of my domains. Im sure their are 1000's of webmaster in the same position like me.

                                                                          Well for one i'm not a hosting provider i just keep isprime in my sig due to because they are personal friends of mine, all i'm saying is that there is soo much people that are hurt by this and out of those 1000's webmasters nobody has any resources to take these people down i mean everybody want's to act like they play by the rules, there is no rules in a time like this, if your getting fucked well fuck them back that's all i'm saying...

                                                                          My business is not hurt by this in anyway i still generate what i did before and maybe even more so i'm not going to get up and do something about it but i will contribute time and money if needed and even some resources to whoever needs it...

                                                                                                          Ways to fight them and ways to win, are totally different. You aren't beating them on DMCA when they take the content down, when they show (and you have to prove otherwise) that it was user uploaded, and when they prove that they have basic filter techniques.

                                                                                                          So unless you have a contract violation with these guys... you had nothing along with everyone else that has looked into doing this and hasn't moved....
