If you listen to the video, you can hear them say at the very end that they are going to sue. Sad really.

freedom of speech is deadCarbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

And WHO said these guys were going to sue anyway? Because someone on the internet heard the guy on the tape threaten to sue? That statement has suddenly become a new accepted-as-fact cyber legend (and a pretty pitiful one) that has these two guys headed to court?

Pay attention. The thread starter said they were on the news. The comment from the end of the tape was not brought up until the 2nd page.
They (the "victims") were on Hannity and Colmes with their lawyer, Gloria Allred. They said they felt "threatened", and needed justice. They want him to sit down face to face with them, hear their pain, and apologize. They said they will not accept that apology. I have no doubt that as soon as she saw the news she beat feet to the phone and offered up her services so she could do her showboat thing on cnn & such..
I don't think she's as much about acutally suing as she is having the cameras on her..
I watched the interview and the 2 guys were like... "well.. we don't know what she's gonna do as far as suing goes.. that's up to her"
