OK... I know everyone already knows that ( that everyone here gets high and had some sort of drug Drug Paraphernalia... and if your new to the biz just get ready for good times )

What you may not know is that: Having Just $20 means you have Drug Paraphernalia.

Now, aside from your obvious things like: bongs, pipes, whip-its, whip-it-crackers, coke bumbers and snorters, crack pipes, crack lighters and torches, water bongs, needles, rolling papers, filled or unfilled: dime bags, quarter bags, ounce bags, 8-balls, keys (of cocaine), lines (of cocaine), kine bud, the chronic, mary jane, marajuana, LSD, heroin, pot plants, cannabis, cannabis farms, nurseries and green houses, smurfs, rufies/royhipnol, X-TA-SEEEEee, MDMA, shots, mushrooms, shrooms, joints , roaches, phatties and so on....

Well, Now that I'm basically retired... I find my self watching episodes of COPS on a regular basis.

They bust a guy snorting coke off the porcelain of a restroom urinal,

They couldn't get him for possession of cocaine because he had just snorted the evidence...

But he had roll up a $20 dollar bill to use as a snort pipe...

And they booked him for Drug Paraphernalia... with a $20 bill as evidence.
