Exactly..... that quote u posted above about the Louis Vuitton is what comes to mind every time I see these threads.... why hasn't anyone (content producers/sponsors) put a freaking lawsuit against that US based host? WTF? All I read in this board are complaint threads (not talking specifically about Tom's case) but haven't read anything about anyone taking action...... kinda like DMCA is as far as they are willing to go..... well not that I have any stake on the whole thing as I don't promote general niches but still.... sad 2 see these thiefs getting away with what they are doing and even more so ... thinking that they can steal content from sponsors and then sell ad space right back to them as if nothing ever happened...... kinda like that ass smothie thing.....yet no sponsor that I have heard of as of yet is willing to go as far as Louis Vouitton has to protect their intellectual property ........
I might be wrong about how many sponsors are taking action beyond DMCAs but heck....the whole impression I get is that no one gives a fuck as I still see those big tubes getting bigger and more robust with 20min + full length scenes...
