it is not good. You could stand to purchase a template or something from one of the sites around here, as it seems your web design skills aren't too advanced. It just looks very amateurish, and there are lots of random things that dont need to be there such as the random einstein gif at the top lol.
Look around the board, and see some other peoples quality sites. That will give you at least an idea of what you should shoot for. -
I have to agree, the site is pretty bad. It's far to busy, there is to much going on. Definately get rid of the background and change the text colour, it's so bright you can barely read it.
Instead of packing your site full of crap, just draw then visitors attention to one main focus, your galleries, thats where the money is. Think, simple but effective.Comment

1. hosting!!! forget about free russian hosting!! I don't think that you can post your gallery somewhere..
2. buy a design for your gallery
3. never use iframes or other shit on the galleries
