I used to promote dating gold and it performed pretty well.
Then my rep left and I never got any help with anything after that.
The new rep, Brandon, is pretty useless. He told me he would whip something up for me that would help me increase conversions and not have ugly chicks on my ads. It never happened, so I dropped all DG ads.
If you can promise my sales aren't counted under him, and can increase my payout to what the new affiliates get, as well as get me a tool to remove ugly 35 year old trailor trash from my ads, I'll give it a second try.
If it performs well the first week, I might consider making it the only dating site I promote.
That reminds me - did we ever get the bonuses where you guys paid us double for our highest and lowest day of the month a month or two ago? I think that was a promo you guys had, but never noticed any payouts on it.Comment

Yeah, I still haven't heard anything from anyone over at DatingGold.
He's offering new affilates 5.00 per free email, but strangely after sending them traffic for the last few months, my payment was cut from 5.00 to 2.50 without any communication from anyone at Dating Gold.
I guess I just don't want this to happen to anyone else, so what can be done to ensure that this won't happen to new affilates that signup?

i'll quote myself till i get a response to this from DG. what sucks is that i used to love this sponsor, but now i don't have any faith in it after seeing what happened to mike, not offering current webmasters the same payout, and the uselessness of brandon.
if you offer new affiliates a promo, you should also offer your currently loyal affiliates the same rates. there's no way a new affiliate, who has no history with you, should get better rates than someone who's been with you for a while.
that's like a slap in the face to the people who pay your bills. i only stopped promoting because of shit i already said, and no one doing anything about it.Comment
