I'm not naming names, but I used to run a moderately successful non-exclusive coed megasite that consistently converted at better than 1:500 on rather crappy traffic (some days as low as 1:250, other days not quite so well) and cost about $1,000 to start up (plus monthly $$ for updates). It's pretty cheap to start non-exclusive paysites and most surfers don't know the difference (and the ones who do usually don't really care as long as it's the kind of porn they are looking for).Last edited by CC; 11-22-2006, 09:52 PM.Comment

As long as the girls are hot and the content is decent, that should do fine as long as you update regularly (I would recommend adding 5 sets/week in order to get the members area nice and big). Also, set your monthly fee appropriately. Don't charge $30/month, in other words. You could even go as low as $10/month until the members area warrants a higher fee. I'm not naming names either...but there was a site that launched a little over a year ago, had very little content when it did launch, had (and still has) a so-so design...and I was converting it at 1:74. Yeah, I know no one believes that...but I swear it's true. Some here have seen my stats, they know it's true as well. The one thing that she did have was weekly live chats.Comment
