I just don't want to have a heart attack in the gym. Also i want to get rid of my man-boobs  I just assumed lifting weights wouldn't help that. Am i wrong?

Don't be afraid to practice some better living through chemistry. I know the people on here that have never done an athletic thing in their life will scream for you to do it naturally (even though they have never seen the inside of a gym), but Clenbuterol and Albuterol are your friends...
