I wonder if I should go see a doctor & find out If I'm in good enough shape (after 2 months of daily cardio) to start lifting. I mean i feel great...but i wonder if a stress-test is in order? I'm only 29, so I'm sure my heart is fine. Last time it was checked (and given a 100% rate) was around 1 year ago.
I just don't want to have a heart attack in the gym. Also i want to get rid of my man-boobs

I just assumed lifting weights wouldn't help that. Am i wrong?
