    Verotel Missing Payments..

    There was a thread on here where someone was asking if you received your Friday/Monday ACH payment this week but I can't find it. Anyway, that prompted me to check the account, and sure enough. No payment.

    So here's your heads up on Verotel before speculation starts.

    Where is my money?

    This is now what? The 3rd, 4th, 5th time this has happened this year?

    Dear Merchant,

    My sincere apologies that the ACH payments are delayed. We are doing everything we can to solve this issue as fast as possible.

    What is the hold up?

    When am I going to be paid?

    I this another problem with your merchant bank, and I can expect this to take longer than a day to be resolved?

    Dear merchant,

    We are having difficulties to get the funds to the ACH processor, so that they can deposit the money in your bank account.

    We haven't succeeded in this yet. We are working really hard to resolve this, but we are dependent on third parties.

              Yep, waiting on my payouts too, I've never had probs like this with verotel

                  At least they are answering but it's troubling not to see an ETA. Usually they have that when there is a fuckup. As long as it comes by Friday though I am willing to wait...

                          They're missing payments for years...
                          I still haven't got few checks for $400 or $500 total whose they "sent" me 5+ years ago...

                                          I got the same message today after inquiring, since my payment never went through last week. I hope this gets resolved soon.
