Not sure why you are soliciting logic and fact checking on GFY. You're on the wrong board for that kind of responsibility. We've all dealt with GFY attacks. You should probably get used to it. Part of representing a company is at times you're going to have to answer tough questions, having a thread closed because you felt overwhelmed isn't going to stop the questions. Nothing wrong with using your assets to garner attention for your company, but eventually that act wears thin for those seeking real answers about your company. With all that's gone wrong with processors in the last decade, you can't blame some for being over cautious on who they choose to do business with.

You are absolutely right about webmasters being cautious about who they choose when it comes to billing. That is why this is very up setting to me.

I didn't remove the thread because I was overwhelmed, I closed the due to the false accusations about GTbill.com. Me and the GTbill crew worked way to hard to build a good reputation..... My thread was completely highjacked . I was trying to have a positive business thread (I thought is what GFY is for)

We did answer the questions and still people feel they have all the answers in the 1st thread.

I completely agree with you LazyCash, I cringed when I saw that the first post was deleted. We have nothing to hide and we will be happy to shed some light on your inquiring minds as soon upper management returns home from India tomorrow.

Every single person in this industry should be skeptical of their billing companies, due diligence is very important and I do respect that immensely. But theres a fine line between being skeptical and hurting an innocent company's reputation (especially when much of our business is based on reputation). I just get the feeling that some of the people posting in this thread are just praying to see another payment processor fail. Why would you want that? So you can have something to talk about for a week? That's definitely not a good mentality that anyone in this industry should carry. Competition among billers is a very good thing for webmasters as they end up the real winners, it pushes innovation and drives down costs.

These are just a few names off the top of my head of females in the adult industry that let their minds speak for them and not their body. Being an industry based on sex, and naked chicks, and etc, when you play the act that you play you become eye candy, and not someone who people think about doing business with.

These other companies that you ran, the fitness clubs and such, when it came time for an employee meeting, or to hire someone, or a marketing plan, did you put on a thong and a fitness club t shirt and shake your ass? I assume the answer is no.

No offense, but that's not someone I want handling my merchant account. I want someone professional, spot on, and can answer anything without flaw. Billing is the single most important part of this industry, and minus ccbill and epoch there has been a lot of fail, and shady dealing with billing over the past many years.

There are a lot of women in this industry. And a lot of them have power. Pulling the "I am a female, you just can't handle it" card is very very weak and it's a slap in the face to all of the excellent women that started in this industry at your age and even younger.

I think when someone is new to processing especially they should focus on learning every aspect of it. People are weary to try new processors cause in the end that's where their money is and we have seen a lot of billing companies go out of biz.

If anyone is truly learning their product, they should stay off GFY and not post half nude pics, they should be training, learning, etc.

There are a lot of woman who have worked hard in this industry to build what we have today. If you are gonna post half naked pics, then you have to be able to back it up with FULL knowledge, professionalism, and be able to answer ANY question GFY throws at you.

Look, the point of this thread is not to bust anyone's balls, I just don't understand how you can say Allied Systems has nothing to do with GTBILL when last night on ICQ you told me the same owner owns both companies and they share the same offices.

You're completely off base and wrong. I have friends who use GTBILL for processing and are happy with the service so this isn't about "hurting" a company reputation. I just wanted to see a clairfication of the GTBILL and ALLIED SYSTEMS relationship since no one at GTBILL seems to answer it.

That was because GTBill did not have the appropriate links to our customers sites on our website. It is a MasterCard rule that GTBill acting as a 3rd party processor must identify itself as the merchant and offer our services i.e. our merchants services from our website. That is all it was.. end of that one..

1. Relationship of all our companies.. When our company was created back in 2001 it operated under the holding name of Allied Systems. This is the connected on "paper part". There were 3 companies, Allied Wallet, Allied Systems and GTBill. GTBill was branded in 2007 to do strictly adult business. Allied Wallet is our mainstream processing company and functions just like PayPal as an e-wallet and processor. Until December of 2008, Allied Systems was marketing the processing of point-of-sale transactions, then the previous management switched it to ACH processing. Now there are only two companies, GTBill and Allied Wallet, which are under new management.

2. Government investigation....? Under the previous management, Allied Systems became the subject of investigatons by the DOJ for processing for poker sites. This was done unbeknownst to the employees of Allied Wallet and GTBill? and subsequently.. as the GFY community knows, Allied Systems lost a considerable sum of money since the accounts got seized by DOJ. This in no way had any effect on GTBill's operations, its accounts, its merchants, or Allied Wallet because they are all separate companies that were being run side by side under the old management.

3. Allied Wallet and GTBill were never under any investigation. The DOJ acknowledged this by saying that they had no interest in GTBill or Allied Wallet, if they did, well then GTBill and Allied Wallet would have been seized as well, and the DOJ would have the right to seize that business if they deemed it so under the RICO statute, unless I am mistaken. I am not defending the actions of the previous owner and management. What they did hurt us from a publicity standpoint, no question there, but it is important to note that we are still around, and growing.

4. The thread deletion..... I honestly have been off of the boards for 2 weeks so I did not see the thread that was deleted.. was out of town on business and travelling for the past 2 days expanding our call center.. but the thread should not have been deleted and it was a decision that was made by CLUV and can?t be changed, unless ICE and Eric want to bring it back, which I would not mind because then I can comment on it. We really have nothing to hide from anyone here... and CLUV, being new, does not know the complete history of what happened and therefore, was blindsided by GFYers and had the thread deleted. She just thought she was doing the right thing... It was my fault for not explaining to her the complete history of what happened.

5. CLUVs sales methods......... Yes they are not conventional and some view as unprofessional for a biller. We do understand that as a biller we are your lifeline so we do not treat your finances as cavalier as some may think. We understand that some of you are apprehensive and wish she be a straight arrow.. which is your opinion. She is merely just being herself and to be honest, that is refreshing in this business. After all, we all know how ruthlessly cruel this business can be, so we like the fact that she can bring something very unconventional to the table. Some people say it is wrong for her to do that, that she portrays herself as talent.. well, to be honest, is that really a big deal to you? Are you worried about your billing reps sales methods? I can assure you that she is not as whimsical when it comes down to your money. If you have ever talked to me, I am always professional and always look out for our merchants best interest.. CLUV is a sales rep here and we are happy to have her working with us. And yes, she is still learning the ropes... but there is nothing that I can?t answer or anyone else here at GTBill so if you all are concerned then ICQ me privately or hit me up on this thread..

We have multiple call centers in London and in the USA, and a backup in India.. all GTBill calls are answered in the USA and London. We never get a lot of customer calls for GTBill but our mainstream processor fields a lot of calls so that is why we needed a back up, just in case...
