To me it looks like overall they pay slightly less tax.. the numbers for germany in that graph can't be true, corparate tax is 30% max, maximum personal tax is like 42% but then you need to make 250,000 euro per year. for most people its around 30%
and i wouldn't say the health care system in Germany is perfect, but healthcare is mandatory, relatively affordable and no one gets rejected when he is in need.
