Oh hell, keep your private health care. Keep making the insurance companies rich. They love you idiots who would rather dole out 500-1000/ month to them regardless if you never claim.

My son doesn't worry about insurance his mother and I PAY for that. But do you want to know something he does have to worry about? Crohn's disease which was very likely caused by a vaccine required by the government run schools. What do I teach him? That he doesn't get everything he wants and what he does want he has to PAY for in most cases. And he does. If he wants to go out with his friends on Friday or Saturday he WORKS to pay for it. If he wants a new game for his PS3 he WORKS to pay for it. If he can't pay for it he either goes without or he cons one of the grandparents into buying it for him..

He doesn't get exactly what he "wants" for Christmas. Like many kids this day and age his "wants" > expectations are generally much higher than they should be. So instead he has to pool his funds and buy what he "wants" afterwards. That's where another lesson is learned the act of shopping around so he gets more for his money. Do you see how that WORKS?
You obviously didn't ready what you quoted. Let me see if a second look at it might help you out.
"If they were just trying to make a simple health care policy which applies to everyone including Congress themselves across the board same price and that was it then I don't think anyone would argue. But that's not whats being done in any plan. Every one of them are hundreds if not thousands of pages chock full of bureaucratic and corporate favoritism bullshit."
So let me see if I can explain this to you again. My problem isn't about a new health care system in itself. My problem is it turning into a bureaucratic nightmare full of the very corporate giveaways you seem to think I support. Obama, your "health care cheerleader" has already inked deals to those companies securing their profits. That's the sort of thing I'm against.. All the while putting limits on what doctors an the alike can earn. Even going as far as saying that the doctors can't earn money outside the system without risk of losing their license.
